All customer information supplied to Rainbow Path Art Studio is stored in a secure manner, and is restricted to be accessed only by the owner of the business, Maya.

The use of the secure Paypal account is your guarantee that Rainbow Path Art Studio does not have any access to any of your financial data whatsoever.

Rainbow Path Art Studio only uses the information that you provide for the purposes of communicating with you and processing your order.

Shipping

Upon notification of your order I (Maya) will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. Once your payment has been cleared I will post your order and receipt to the delivery address you nominated within 3 working days.

All orders are sent by Australia Post within Australia and overseas. There must be someone at your delivery address to sign for your order, or it will be held at your nearest post office for pick-up.

Please note, all prints are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and placed in tough Australian Post approved tubes. The tubes are then further sealed and registered by Australian Post.

Returns

I wish you to be entirely happy with Rainbow Path Art Studio products and offer a 100% guarantee that I will refund your money if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or your product arrives damaged in some way.

It is important that you notify me as soon as possible (latest accepted within 10 working days) upon receipt of your purchase if you intend to return your print or any other works of art. The product must be returned in its original condition with its documentation before I can apply your guarantee and refund the money.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to advise the carrier that the goods you have received have been damaged in transit. Please inspect your goods before accepting them as “delivered in good order.” It is impossible to claim against any shipment that has been accepted as “delivered in good order.

Please also note that it is the customer’s responsibility to bear the cost of returning products.
