This painting was a commissioned work for a very spiritual lady who wished to anchor the energy of ONENESS in her home and life. She requested that the painting be called HOME because she believes that by living in a state of oneness she is home regardless of where she happens to be geographically.

All the symbology illustrated in this painting is highly meaningful to the purchaser.

The inspiration for HOME originated via my dreams. With Maya’s help and skills the internal contents have been made manifest.

This painting is the best gift that I have ever given to myself. Now, whenever I please, I am able to look at or meditate upon its contents, thereby joining together my inner and outer vision.

HOME reflects upon the path to my spiritual journey. I love the glorious colours used along with the intensity and awakefulness.

One day my children will hopefully get a glimpse of ‘me in my unfolding as a soul’ and trust they see its beauty and joyfulness as I do.

I would also like to add that the hands are Maya’s – so part of her will always be in my daily life. The icing on the cake is that the hands are sprinkled with the coloured sand from a sand mandala created by the Gyuto Monks.
